Berry-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. blueberries
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix cheese, 1 tablespoon sugar and lemon rind until blended. Spread over crust.
    In saucepan, combine remaining sugar, cornstarch, strawberries and lemon juice.
    Crush with masher. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until thickened.
    Let cool. Gently fold in blueberries with a spatula.
    Spread over cheese in crust.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
