Spinach-Sunflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. oil-vinegar salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Heat spinach over low heat or in oven until thawed.
    Drain. Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Toss with spinach. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Garnish with sunflower seeds.
