Mexican Meatloaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 cans taco sauce
1 can chicken rice soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can tomato paste
1 onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese
Tortillas
Preparation

Brown meat, add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese and bring to a boil.
Place half of the mixture in baking dish.
Add tortillas and remaining meat.
Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
If you want, you could add 1/2 cup of rice.
