Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, melted
1/3 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream or 2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream together melted margarine, cocoa, sugar and eggs; blend well.
Add baking soda, flour and salt gradually; mix well.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread marshmallow cream evenly over top of cake.
Return to warm oven only long enough to melt marshmallows.
Cool cake before frosting.
