Chocolate-Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in mixing bowl.
    Add shortening, sugar, cocoa, salt and only 1 cup of the flour.
    Mix well.
    Then stir in the remaining 1 1/4 cups flour and blend well, scraping down bowl.
    Add the egg and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer or beat 300 strokes by hand.
    Scrape down bowl.
    Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
    Stir down, beating about 25 strokes.
