Sweet And Sour Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 large cans Spam, cut into 1-inch squares
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
    In saucepan mix brown sugar and cornstarch.
    Slowly add juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
    On toothpicks thread meat and pineapple.
    Place on cookie sheet. Baste with sauce.
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Turn once and baste with sauce.
    Keep remaining sauce for dipping.
