Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine until tender. Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon in a casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Great with pork or chicken.
