Philbrook Farm Dark Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham flour
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. brown sugar (light or dark)
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
Preparation
    Measure into cup the graham flour and then turn into a large bowl.
    Sift into the bowl over the graham flour the 2 cups flour, soda, salt and brown sugar.
    Mix together lightly the molasses and buttermilk or sour milk and add to the flour mixture.
    Mix and turn into well-greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Turn out to cool.
