Pinch Me Cake(Makes A Great Breakfast Or Brunch Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 cans biscuits
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Make a mixture of cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar in a plastic bag. Quarter each biscuit into 4 sections and roll each into a small round ball with hands.
    Shake biscuits into cinnamon and sugar mix, coating well.
    Grease a tube pan.
    Make a syrup of oleo, 1 1/4 cups sugar and vanilla in a pan and heat until sugar dissolves.
    Layer in tube pan the pecans and biscuits and cover layers with the syrup.
    Make 3 layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Do not overcook.
    Cool and remove from pan carefully and press any balls loose back into cake.
    Form on a plate.
    Better served warm.
