Peach Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 gal. milk
    1 can condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    few drops red food coloring
    4 c. mashed peaches
    3/4 c. sugar to peaches (let stand 30 minutes before using)
Preparation
    Combine egg, sugar and 3 cups of 1/2 gallon of milk.
    Cook on top of stove until mixture reaches 160\u00b0 or until it coats a metal spoon.
    After this cools, add remaining milk, condensed milk, vanilla, food coloring and peaches.
    Mix and freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
    Yields 1 gallon.
