Lo-Cal Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    3 pkg. broth mix
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    dash of nutmeg and pepper
Preparation
    Beat the eggs slightly.
    Add the milk and seasonings.
    Mix. Stir in the cheese.
    Pour the mixture into a pie size pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
    Cool. Slice and serve warm or cool; 200 calories per serving.
