Pumpkin Pie (Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 env. sugar-free butterscotch or vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 cups nonfat or whole milk
    1 can pumpkin
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/4 cup brown sugar twin
    1 baked pie crust
Preparation
    Place pudding in saucepan.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cool, stir and add pumpkin, spices and sugar twin.
    Mix well.
