Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pkg. mushrooms (if desired)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 large bags frozen Oriental vegetables
    3 chicken breasts, boned and cut into small pieces
Preparation
    Cook chicken in small amount of oil until white.
    Remove and drain.
    Add mushrooms and onions and saute until just barely soft. Add frozen veggies and cook until soft, not mushy.
    Add chicken and remove from stove.
    Cool.
