Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. chopped chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. ground coriander
    3/4 tsp. salt, if desired
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. shredded (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
    12 (6-inch) tortillas
Preparation
    Cook onion and bell pepper in the 2 tablespoons of butter until tender.
    Combine onion mixture in a bowl with chopped chicken and green chili peppers; set aside.
