Fish Amandine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 to 5 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine flour, seasoned salt and paprika.
    Roll fish in flour mixture and place in single layer in a well-greased baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons melted butter over portions.
    Broil about 4 inches from heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
