Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. skim milk
1 (16 oz.) container low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 can cherry pie filling or fresh strawberries
Preparation

In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over milk.
Let soften, about 5 minutes.
Place saucepan over low heat, cook 5 minutes, stirring, until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Cool slightly.
