Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3 heaped tbsp. flour
    3 cups milk
    1 large can of asparagus spears, cut thumb size pieces
Preparation
    Melt butter and stir in flour, pinch of salt (more to taste), pinch of pepper, and dry mustard.
    Add milk with 2 shakes of tabasco sauce.
    Cook in double boiler until thick.
    Arrange layer of asparagus in bottom of buttered dish and cover with grated cheese.
    Pour half of white sauce over asparagus, add another layer of asparagus, then rest of cream sauce.
    Top with grated cheese and garnish with almonds.
    Arrange as daisies, grated cheese for centers.
    Pour in 2 quart baking dish and heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
