Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
8 or 9 large onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. sweet cream
Preparation

Line an 8-inch pie pan with pastry.
Sprinkle the flour over the pastry.
Fill the pan with sliced onions, dot with butter. Add salt and pepper and pour the sweet cream over all.
Top with pastry.
Bake in a hot oven (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
