German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. German sweet chocolate
    1/2 stick butter
    14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat.
    Remove from heat and add milk.
    Set aside.
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together. Add eggs and vanilla.
    Slowly blend in chocolate mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle coconut and pecans over filling.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
