Homemade Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. milk (fresh or reconstituted)
    4 Tbsp. plain Dannon yogurt
Preparation
    Over very low heat
    or\tin a double boiler heat milk to 180\u00b0, stirring
    constantly.
    Remove
    from heat.
    Cover and let set at room
    temperature until cooled to 110\u00b0.
    This will take about 30 minutes,
    depending
    on room temperature.
    Meanwhile wash pint jars and
    lids
    and
    rinse well with very hot water. With whisk, stir
    yogurt
    into\thot milk, blending well.
    Pour into jars and screw
    lids
    on
    tightly.
    Place
    jars in small cooler and wrap a blanket
    around
    cooler
    and
    set in a warm place at least\t3 hours, but not longer than overnight.
    Will keep for 2 to 6 weeks. Keep refrigerated.
