Plain Cake From Scratch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. milk (I use 1/2 c. buttermilk and 1/2 c. boxed milk)
2 c. all-purpose flour (Gold Medal)
pinch of baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or two layer cake pans.
This is a good cake and easy to eat.
