Pork Che Shui - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork tenderloins (use about 1/2 lb. per person)
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend together\tthe
    sherry, soy sauce, sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Marinate
    pork
    tenderloins for at least 3 hours or overnight.\tBake
    at
    300\u00b0\tfor
    1\t1/2 hours.
    Baste every 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
