Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 3/4 c. grated zucchini
    1 1/4 c. biscuit mix or Bisquick
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a mixing bowl until frothy.
    Mix in cooking oil, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir in remaining ingredients in order given.
    Pour into shallow greased 9-inch casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 8 servings.
