Tin Roof - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    26 chocolate Oreo cookies, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. peanuts
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    fudge topping
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Crush cookies; pat down with melted butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir ice cream until creamy. Spread over cookie layer.
    Add peanuts. Freeze.
    Boil fudge topping 8 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Cool. Pour cool fudge sauce over ice cream.
    Top with Cool Whip. Freeze.
