French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla to taste
    1 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, sugar and butter.
    Add coconut.
    Mix well. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes or until done.
