Sallie Knouse'S Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, cut in small pieces
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. sifted flour
    3 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
    Put the butter in the hot water and boil until butter is melted.
    Stir in quickly and all at once the flour.
    Remove from burner and beat until smooth.
    When cool, stir in the eggs and beat 5 minutes.
    Drop from a tablespoon onto buttered tins.
    Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes.
    When cold, fill.
