Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 (5 oz.) jars Kraft sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (5 oz.) jar Kraft Roka Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    dash of garlic salt
    chopped nuts or parsley
Preparation
    Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature.
    Combine with remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
    Refrigerate about 1 hour (or overnight).
    Shape 3 balls (or can make 100 walnut size). Roll in chopped nuts or chopped parsley.
    Can be frozen.
