Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, diced
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Add enough water to pan to cover potatoes.
    Add butter and onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add milk.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Take 2 more tablespoons of butter and mix with enough flour to make crumbs the size of peas.
    Add to boiling soup.
