Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice, too)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini, vanilla, nuts, pineapple and raisins.
    In separate bowl, put flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; mix and add to wet ingredients a little at a time.
    Blend well.
    Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam; put in mix and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Serve with cream cheese.
