Country Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. uncooked macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and cut up
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Saute sausage, onion and green pepper; drain grease.
Combine other ingredients, except cheese; mix well.
Put in a 2-quart greased casserole.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
