Banana Mold(Yield: 4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pineapple flavored gelatin
    1/2 pt. hot water
    1/2 pt. cream
    4 large bananas
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    When nearly cold but before set, gradually stir in cream.
    Peel bananas; mash with fork.
    Beat until light and smooth.
    Stir lightly but thoroughly into gelatin and cream.
    Pour into mold or glass dish; let set.
