Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut in flowerets, pare and slice stems
    2/3 c. minced onion
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese (2 oz.)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese (1 oz.)
    extra cheese to sprinkle as topping
Preparation
    Parboil broccoli and onions in minimal water, drain.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Bake in Pam-sprayed 10-inch pie pan or quiche pan.
    Bake in center of oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
