Whole Wheat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fresh eggs
    1 c. raw honey
    1 c. unrefined oil
    1/2 c. (raw milk) butter
    1/2 c. (raw milk) yogurt
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add honey, butter and yogurt, mixing well.
    Stir in carrots and nuts.
    Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Stir into carrot mixture.
    Pour mixture into oiled 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
