Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

3 lb. skinned and boneless chicken
2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
eggs, beaten
1 cube margarine
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
garlic powder
pepper
Preparation

Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; add according to your tastes (dried parsley flakes, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper).
Dip chicken in beaten eggs and then crumb mixture.
Put in well-greased shallow pan.
Cover each piece of chicken with lemon butter.
Sprinkle chicken with sesame seed (optional).
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Cover with foil for first 1/2 hour, uncovered for second 1/2 hour.
