Hearty Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chicken nuggets
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. butter
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 stalks celery, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    4 potatoes, peeled and cut
    4 carrots, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Toss chicken with flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken (with excess flour). Saute 3 minutes to brown. Add onion and celery. Saute 3 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serves 8.
