Great Grandma'S Homemade German Noodles(Or Helmkamp'S Famous Noodles) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten with 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 eggshell of milk
flour
1/2 to 1 tsp. butter
buttered bread crumbs, sauteed
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together; beat well.
Work butter into this mixture using fork to blend.
Add enough flour to thicken for rolling.
Knead on floured board.
Roll onto thinly floured board. Dry by hanging on the back of chair, 1 to 2 hours.
Sprinkle with flour and roll up real tight as for a jelly roll.
Flour and cut into thin slices.
Pull slices apart.
Cook noodles, uncovered, in salted boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally; drain.
Put the noodles back in the pot with 1/4 cup of milk and heat.
Top with buttered bread crumbs.
Serve with main course.
