Sweet Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    6 c. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter, soft
Preparation
    Mix yeast in water with pinch of sugar.
    Let stand until double in size. Combine remainder of sugar, salt and 4 cups of the flour in a large bowl.
    Make a well and drop in eggs, yeast mixture and milk.
    Mix with a spoon. Add butter and more flour. Mix with hands.
    Keep adding flour until able to handle.
    Knead. Put in buttered bowl and let rise until double in size, approximately 2 hours.
    Punch down and allow to rise 15 minutes. Form into desired shapes and let rise approximately 1 hour. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
