Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 bananas
3 sticks oleo
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 small bottle maraschino cherries
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 small pkg. nuts
2 eggs
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix 1 stick oleo and graham crackers; pat into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat
eggs,
2
sticks
margarine
and powdered sugar for no less than
15
minutes.
Spread this mixture over graham cracker crust and cover
with
a single layer of sliced bananas. Spread crushed
pineapple (drained) over bananas and cover with container of
Cool Whip, then sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Cut up cherries,
if
desired.
Sprinkle over top.
For best results, refrigerate overnight.
Serves 12.
