Pressure Cooker Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. fat or oil
1 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. onions, sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Recipe amounts are for a 2 1/2 to 4-quart cooker.
Double the amounts for a 6 to 8-quart cooker.
