Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 c.) tomatoes
    1 lb. lean beef
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. ketchup
    10 oz. lasagne (broken) or wide noodles
    1 lb. Mozzarella
    1/2 c. two other kinds cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Cut up Mozzarella.
    Brown meat, remove fat, add spices, tomatoes and ketchup and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water with a bit of oil until tender.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Place 1/2 noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cheese and cover with 1/2 sauce.
    Repeat layers. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
