"Uncrust" Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, spices and flour. Beat. Add milk. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake in oven at 370\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Test with knife inserted in center comes out clean.
