Lithuanian Potato Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon or 1 slice ham
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 potatoes, peeled and grated
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 links sausage casings
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet, fry bacon and onion until nice and brown; set aside.
    In a bowl, put potatoes; add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, bacon and onion.
    Mix well.
    Push through sausage casing.
    Lay in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
    Makes 3 nice links.
