Cornbread Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    4 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar (optional)
    2 well-beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk and eggs.
    Stir together well. Add oil and stir thoroughly.
    Pour into well-greased muffin tins. Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
