Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    boiling water
    8 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. cream
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Dice or slice potatoes.
    Boil until just done.
    Drain.
    Put in greased casserole dish.
