Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, ground
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
    cooked noodles
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Pour off any grease.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and noodles (adjust quantity to personal taste).
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 4 servings.
    If desired, serve noodles separately and let each guest spoon on the stroganoff.
