Brandied Fruit Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced peaches, drain juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. brandy (apricot or I use peach)
    1 small can crushed pineapple (and juice)
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries, drained
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix well, gently again. Can eat 1 hour later. Serve on pound cake or vanilla ice cream.
