Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped bite size
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Combine red pepper, soup and sour cream.
Stir in chicken. Spoon into casserole dish.
Mix butter, cracker crumbs and poppy seed.
Put this on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown on top and bubbly.
