Pralines And Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    2 (12 oz.) jars caramel topping
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, margarine, pecans and flour in a large pan.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, stirring mixture every 5 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Divide crumbs in half, putting half on the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread 1 jar of topping over.
    Layer the softened ice cream next, then the other jar of topping.
    Top with remaining crumbs.
    Freeze until needed.
