Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 Melba toast (no salt)
Equal to taste
24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
1 pkg. Hi-Energy Strawberry or Chocolate Supplement
2 to 4 oz. water
Preparation

Put Melba toast and Equal in blender to crumble.
Spread in bottom of 8-inch square pan, reserving a little to sprinkle on top.
Put remaining ingredients in blender and blend until required consistency.
Spread over Melba crumbs and top with reserved crumbs.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Before serving, divide into 6 equal portions.
