Grace'S Tangy Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1/2 c. stuffed olives
    1 small avocado, cut into pieces
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into small pieces
    1/2 c. crumbled Bleu cheese
    1/2 c. French or Italian salad dressing
Preparation
    Cut cauliflower into florets and combine with stuffed olives, diced avocado and diced tomatoes.
    Line salad boil with lettuce and add ingredients combined with either dressing or the Bleu cheese.
    Refrigerate for a short time before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
